Many of you are leaving money on the table in your work injury claim. What does that mean?
If you have back surgery, you can get up to $20,000 or if you have elbow surgery you can get up to $18,000. If you have hand surgery you can get $15,000.
You must ask for these money from the insurance company when you return to work after your job injury and after your surgery.
Here is what the AMA Guides look like, this is a book that the doctors use to assign a PPD rating to your injury on the basis that you can receive money from the insurance company. If you do not ask for it, please call me so I can help you ask for it. Tom Brown-770 623 6007
